In business since 2002, We Love Jam began by focusing on one varietal - Blenheim Apricot. After a mention in Food & Wine proclaiming their jam the best they ever tasted and with more requests than their single tree could accommodate, they began looking for an orchard to increase production. Shortly after, the team began selling other products that they had made for years that friends and family were equally crazy about.

Honey Pacifica honey is left unheated, unfiltered, and unprocessed in order to create the rawest honey possible. By leaving this gourmet honey untouched the enzymes and nutrients remain intact, for the benefit of everyone. Raw honey in its completely unheated form is naturally thick and creamy a rich consistency many prefer. 

A perfectly understated honey, we're loving adding it into the base for vanilla ice cream; whipped into a sponge cake topped with buttercream and seasonal fruits; or for a delightful dinner party aperitif with gin, champagne and elderflower syrup.

A signature item of Gearhart's, their Maya Drinking Chocolate is a decadent mix accented with Venezuelan Cocoa, Ancho Chile, Cinnamon, and Orange. The result is a bright, floral blend that is great throughout the year and in a multitude of sweet + savory preparations.

Bee Local's Oregon Buckwheat Honey - sometimes called "American Manuka" because of its richness in vitamins and minerals - is dark, smoky and earthy, with deep molasses overtones. Buckwheat honey has multiple health benefits related to it's dark color including being higher in antioxidants and having antibacterial and anti-inflammatory properties that can hasten wound healing and even reduce scarring.
