Started in an apartment kitchen in the hipster mecca of Williamsburg, Jessica + Sabrina are dedicated to making The Jam Stand the happiest company in their neighborhood. Inspired by pushing the limits of what packaged food can be by combining unique flavors, they give their products an imaginative personality allowing their fans to get creative in the kitchen.
What Inspired You To Start Your Company?
We started the company as a hobby and it naturally grew and developed into what it is today.
Tell us about your products.
We make clever chutneys, sumptuous spreads, and experimental jams. Our jams have a unique personality and we want to inspire our "jam fans" to be creative and have fun with their food.

Creative and unlike anything mainstream.
What Drew You To Food?
We LOVE to cook. It's our favorite creative outlet.
Where Does Your Food Inspiration Come From?
We just meld together flavors that we like. Simple as that.
What Products Are You Working On Now?
We are working out the flavor profiles for a Summer strawberry jam.
Do You Have a Favorite Product?
I love our Raspberry Jalapeño Jam while Sabbs is a big fan of the Blueberry Bourbon.

Moreso, latest brand obsession. Mike's Hot Honey. Seriously obsessed.
