One of CC MADE's newest concoctions, this Rosemary Caramel will soon be your favorite dessert topper. Made with no preservatives and only natural ingredients including cream, sugar, sea salt and local rosemary this sauce is the perfect sweet treat.
We're loving it added to lattes and other coffee drinks for a sugary and earthy kick; mixed into a bread pudding with dried fruits and nuts; used instead of maple syrup on pancakes; or even used sparingly as a glaze for pork chops. We won't tell when you find yourself spooning it out late at night.

Made of Whole Grain Hard Red Winter Wheat, noted for its full-bodied nutty flavor this Linguine has surprisingly delicate texture and great durability. Hard Red Winter Wheat is traditionally planted in the fall providing it a richer flavor but retaining its properties as an excellent source of protein, dietary fibers, manganese and selenium.
This pasta is a perfect noodle for full-flavored and thicker sauces, such as an Walnut + Basil Pesto or Beef Cheek Ragu. Building off of it's earthy flavor properties we're enjoying this linguine with Shellfish and Uni paired with Breadcrumbs and Calabrian Chilies; with winter vegetables like Butternut Squash and Kale with a Parmesan Cream Sauce; or with stewed Peppers and Sausage.

Michael Fiorelli is the Executive Chef at Love & Salt, an Italian-inspired restaurant in Manhattan Beach that has garnered critical acclaim for Fiorelli's thoughtfully-composed, California-centric interpretations of Old World classics.
