The FareTrade's Guacamole
Ingredients
1 Avocado
1/2 Bunch, Cilantro - Chopped
1 Lime - Juiced
1 Jalapeño - Fine Diced or Grated on Micro-Plane
1/4 Red Onion - Fine Dice
2 Teaspoons, Aleppo Pepper - Crushed
Salt - To Taste
Directions
Combine all ingredients - minus salt + Aleppo - in a mortar + pestle. Combine to desired smoothness. We prefer to leave the avocado chunky.
If you do not have a mortar + pestle, combine ingredients in a mixing bowl. Using the back of a fork, mash and stir the ingredients to desired smoothness.
Add Salt.
Top with Aleppo.
Serve with your favorite chips.
Tip: Use a spoon to remove Avocado from its shell.
