4 Garlic Cloves, Peeled + Minced
2 Cups, Cooked Chickpeas
1/3 Cup, Tahini Paste
6 Tablespoons, Lemon Juice
2 Tablespoons, Reserved Liquid From Cooked Chickpeas

Directions
1. Using a food processor fitted with a blade, drop the garlic and process until smooth
2. Add the remainder of the ingredients to the food processor and blend until smooth, yet coarse in consistency
3. Garnish with parsely + toasted sesame seeds
Serve with warmed pita or mixed vegetables for a gluten-free option!
