Cauliflower | Dates | Preserved Lemon | Ras el Hanout
Ingredients
For The Dish:
1 Teaspoon, India Tree Ras el Hanout
3 Cups, Cauliflower Florets
2 Cloves, Garlic, Sliced Thin
4 Dates, Pitted + Sliced Thin
1/4 Preserved Lemon, Diced
1 Tablespoon, Preserved Lemon Liquid
2 Tablespoons, Salted Butter
2 Tablespoons, Olive Oil
Kosher Salt, To Taste
Directions
For The Dish:
- In a small sauce pan, melt the butter and add the garlic to sweat. Add the India Tree Ras el Hanout before garlic begins to caramelize.
- Add the cauliflower and saute for 3 minutes or unitl it begins to brown
- Add the dates and preserved lemons and preserved lemon liquid. Cook for an additional 3 minutes and season with salt to taste.
