Thai Basil Gin Fizz
Celebrate #ThirstyThursday with an herbaceous twist on the gin fizz. Elevated with the use of Cocktailpunk's Smoked Orange Bitters, this aromatic cocktail is perfect the warm and waning summer nights.
Ingredients
1.5 Ounces, CapRock Gin
.5 Ounces, Amaro Nonino
1 Egg White
4 Thai Basil Leaves
1 Large Mint Leaf
12 Drops, Cocktail Punk Smoked Orange Bitters
1 Orange Peel

Place all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice, Shake the living crap out of it, so the egg white gets frothy. Double strain and pour into a coupe glass. Garnish with a Thai basil leaf.
